As a native of the Jacksonville/Orange Park area, Amanda Feagle is a knowledgeable Realtor who knows the history and advantages of living in Northeast Florida. She is a graduate of Stanton College Preparatory School and the University of Florida with a BS in Chemistry. Amanda's career history includes various leadership positions with the YMCA and teaching Honors Chemistry at Paxon School for Advanced Studies. Deciding to follow her parents into Real Estate, Amanda joined the Watson Family as a Sales Associate in 2012 and is currently Broker of the Orange Park and Oakleaf Offices.

Amanda serves on the Local and State REALTOR® Associations' Board of Directors and is a licensed real estate instructor. Passionate about conservation, she and her family founded the state's largest waterway cleanup, Clean Up Florida Waters. They also volunteer for the Coastal Conservation Association, CCA Florida. Besides Real Estate, she enjoys being a Volleyball Mom, travelling, playing pickleball, camping, and anything to do with the water and being outdoors in the Florida Sunshine!

Most recently, she was awarded Florida Realtors' Educator of the Year (2025) and NEFAR's Realtor of the Year (2026).
